Help Center
Here you’ll find guides, tips, and answers to common questions about activating, managing, and troubleshooting your eSIMs.
Getting Started
Everything you need to start using your Esim-Serv plan.
What is an eSIM and how it works
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version of a traditional SIM card that’s already built into your device. With Esim-Serv, there’s no need to wait for delivery or insert anything — you simply scan a QR code to download your plan and get connected instantly.
Once installed, the eSIM allows your phone to connect to local networks in your destination country, just like a physical SIM. You can store multiple eSIMs on one device and switch between them anytime.
Device compatibility list
Esim-Serv eSIMs work on most modern smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches that support eSIM technology. To make sure your device is supported and ready for activation, please visit our Compatibility Devices page for the complete and regularly updated list.

- Complete your purchase securely.
- You’ll receive an activation email with your QR code and setup instructions.
- On your phone, go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
