Can I get a refund for Esim-Serv services?

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Esim-Serv offers a clear refund policy and refund guarantee for our eSIM data plans. Certain conditions must be met. Before purchasing, please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

eSIM Data Plans and Top-Ups Refunds

Refunds are available for Esim-Serv data plans and top-ups purchased through our website or app within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for plans that have been used, activated, or have expired. The cost of data or other Esim-Serv services already used will not be refunded. Requests made after 30 days of purchase will not be processed, except for justified requests based on confirmed technical malfunctions of the Esim-Serv application. Technical issues must be reported to Esim-Serv within 1 hour via info@esim-serv.com or the contact form in the Esim-Serv app. Any refund request will be reviewed within 15 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the requested refund amount is €10 EUR or less, the refund may be issued in eCoins in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

eCoins Refunds

eCoins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment form. However, if a confirmed technical malfunction of the Esim-Serv application affects your eCoins balance or usage, you may request a refund. Report the issue within 1 hour via info@esim-serv.com or the app contact form and include relevant details and screenshots to help our team investigate.

Refund Process

  1. Confirm you meet the eligibility criteria above.
  2. Contact our customer support at info@esim-serv.com or submit a request via the contact form in the Esim-Serv app.
  3. Our team will review your request and reply with next steps or additional information requests.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within the same payment method used for the purchase (or in eCoins where applicable).
